totally rad stay!
great location clean apartment whatsapp communication
The location is fabulous. it is close to holland park, shepherd's bush, and kensington olympia stations. I took so many great walks. westfield centre is only ten minutes away! the apartment was super clean and looked like it was recently renovated. plus, the keyless access made everything easy, and the bob w whatsapp communication was on point!
the street noise was a bit much because our room faced the front.

the hotel is located ideally near many transport links, very convenient. a bus stop sits right in front, and shepherd's bush station is only about five minutes away on foot. it is a great spot for anyone wanting easy access to the city.

The location was good. It was a short walk to Shepherd's Bush tube and Westfield. I had a quiet room overlooking the garden. French doors were included. The room was a decent size for accommodations here.

smooth stay in a great location
responsive staff easy app cool design
the staff was very responsive through whatsapp. the app check-in was easy to use. i found breakfast options at partner places. i also liked the local gym access details and running routes info. the room design was cool and everything was clean. free treats were available. there was a room for luggage storage and co-working, a plus.
the emails sometimes did not receive responses with a simple request. i received automated replies asking me the same question, repeatedly. this seemed badly organized.

modern room quick response
the room was modern and well-equipped for the price. staff responded quickly via whatsapp to answer questions. extra coffee was delivered to my door the same day i requested it. i found the location great for access to various areas
i experienced issues with email responses before my arrival which caused some concern about the responsiveness of the management team

the digital check-in was smooth. it communicated well through the app. my compact room was super clean. the power shower was really lovely.
the room, although sufficient, could have had slightly better soundproofing. i could hear some street noise in the early morning.
